2016 season was a mixed bag for our teams in both leagues with both our Sutton A and Croydon B teams only managing to stay in the first division for one season, but all will agree the experiance has helped their games tremendously and I am sure they will bounce back in the upcoming season. Congratulations to the Sutton B team who gained promotion to the 2nd dividion by coming second in division 3.

Congratulations to Michelle who agin conquered all at the Sutton championship winning several titles as well as continuing in the British league.

The new season is about to start and I wish all our teams luck for the new season, I shall update this section of the website periodically over the season to report on each teams progres. June 2015
The League season has now finished and yet again a very succesful season for Ballards with our A&B teams in the Croydon League finishing second in divisions 1&2 respectavily with Ballards B gaining promotion to division 1.
The A team in the Sutton League won the second division and are promoted to take on the tough challenge of division 1 next season. Check out the links below for details of final positions in both Croydon & Sutton Leagues

Congratulations to Michelle who took the Sutton Closed Championship by storm winning the ladies Singles, the Division 2 Singles and the Plate.
The summer club is now in full swing on monday nights and we welcome any new players to come along and give us a go. We have 6 tables available every monday (except bank holidays) until the beginning of September. Sessions are £4 a night or £30 membership until September - See the Membership section of the website for more details. We also have secured the services of a brilliant Coach who can be booked for half hour or 1 hour sessions or if demnd is high a group session - Please speak to Chris or contact us via the contact section of this website for more details.
January 2015
2013/14 was the most succesful in living memory for the club (including the old Woodmansterne club) with our A team in the Croydon league winning both the open cup and finishing top of the league.
Congratulations also to Martin for getting to the final of the singles in the Croydon Tournment, and further congratulations to Michelle who by playing for Surrey Veterans has attained an England ranking of 38.
This season is going well with our A team in division 2 of the Sutton league currently top of their division while our A & B teams in the Croydon league are in contention for the top spot of division 1 & 2.
Unfortunately we have lost 1 team for the 2014/15 season (division 4 Croydon) and several players. We are always on the look out for new players to bolster our current teams and to hopefully increase the number of teams in the future.
